Spend a centering hour with us every Saturday

Take time for yourself, and flow into more balance, strength and better health. You'll work on your breathing and energy, develop muscle tone and balance, and take time to relax. Chinese Qigong is an ancient system designed for stress-free better health, with exercises that work on our body both internally and externally.

You'll learn classic Qigong including:

The Eight Silk Brocade Qigong set

Tai Chi Eight

Five Animals Qigong

Short Stick Flow

The Tai Chi Yang 24 form

and more esoteric sets that work on hands, feet, face, and more.
